I have two pork butts rubbed down with spices getting ready to go in the smoker first thing tomorrow morning.

I just finished making a batch of homemade BBQ sauce. I have chicken and ribs going in the smoker on Sunday.

I was inspired by our very own Papa Deuce and THIS THREAD
