Thank you all. I have to call my mother for an update this morning. I don't know yet if he made it through the night. I really don't want to go to another funeral to see my aunt laying over a coffin in full breakdown. My aunt has the sweetest heart in the world and was so in love with my uncle, you could just see it all over them. At my sisters recent wedding, she looked so sad. I killed me. She does anything for her children and for any other family member that needs her. She is the oldest of 8 kids and it shows.

Well, I ahve to say thank you cuz all the prayers and good thoughts worked. i just got a call from my mother and my cousin is sitting up in his bed and talking. His spine seems to be okay since he is moving around and the only thing wrong is he doesn't remember what he did. he doesn't know why he is in the hospital and even when he asks and someone tells him, he asks why he is there again in 5 minutes. He has no memory of any of it . I'm so glad this has had a happier ending than I thought it would but I wish his family could forget it happened too !!

I am glad physically, he is doing better however he needs help. I truly doubt he doesn't remember and I hope he gets the mental help he needs. Continued prayers for your family
