I Just Got Rare!

I traded with some girl names damainisocute who was very poor from the way she dressed except her ears. She sported a blue bling top and 25 credit baby pants. I got the ears for...

I always had some stuff on vmk, but about a year ago, me and my family (mom,dad,brother,3 cousins, aunt) went to disneyland. Only me and my mom played vmk at the time (brother played a little but was still to young) so we got everybodies tickets and went to go get codes for furnishings and stuff, then we went and bought gold ears. With all the codes I had entered, I traded and traded until I got up to like HM clock and such. It was pretty cool, now if only I could get haunted mansion conservatory and green flips..

I just have to say that you can never tell if someone has a lot on VMK because of what they wear. Some people just like to wear the less expensive things and some don't like to show off everything they own. I also know many people that actually put on less expensive clothing when they trade so they do not get too many trade requests. The lesson...Don't judge a book by its cover.

Personally I don't think that Black ears are all that rare thats just me bc I have 4 pair but, your right you cant always tell if a person is "VMK Rich" by the clothes they wear when I go into a trade room I put on cheap stuff so people don't try to take advantage in trades.

Hate to burst your bubble but black ears aren't as rare as I think you think they are. They were available to people when they made an in park character and [don't quote me but] most likely are still available when you make a character in park. Also you cant tell what a person has by the way they are dressed. I wear camera shirts because I'm a photographer...but I have quite a decent amount of "rare". And I really think the whole rich and poor thing is kind of pointless...I mean they are pixels on a computer screen.

agreed completly.. i actually usually wear my red HKDL shirt with some not so rare hat and jeans.. but it does not mean I am not "rich"

Right now im not wearing anything 'rare'. If someone would see me they would think I just started (except for pins im wearing). I have sparrow too. So its kinda like, dont judge a book by its cover.

I usually wear either a bird hat/black Mickey ears, one of those lanyard shirts, cowboy pants or light blue shorts, and flip flops. I have a Stitch hat and a Sparrow costume and rare stuff like that but I hardly ever wear them.

I'm wearing that right now. I don't look that rich XD

I consider myself "rich", but really the only way you could tell when I'm not in my room is by seeing the hat I wear and my 5 star Inferno.

aww aengus we glove you! but being rich is in the eye of the beholder, i accidently posted my credit amout and ppl thought i was rich - i had sold my inferno to pay for xmas items (the person who gave them to me was rich!lol.) I personally think you are rich if you have what you desire most, i don't like stitch or sparrow, i love snow magic and my yellow dress. i want a musketeer hat despratley, but not enough to part with my new england football jersey. Cecie, if you are rich cause you got black ears w00t!! for you. i am happy you got them. and with them closing vmk in DW and i am sure DL is not far behind, they are deffinatly going to be much more rare. enjoy them and wear them with pride!

my daughter and I would be just as happy to not have any items and just hang out with the wonderful friends we've made on vmk. The picture of our group in my sig below is one of our favorite moments!
