I just got a reply from DVC guest services about 5 peps in a 1 bedroom...

I asked about placing an airmattres or sleeping bag on the floor and was quoted a firecode rule violation for the state of Florida.I am looking for here,a much more "unofficial" answer.How strict are they about putting 5 in a 1 bedroom.Should I just tell them I have 4 and just "smuggle" the other child in?Kids are 8,10,12.

I called MS a few weeks ago with the same question. They told me that I could put 5 in a 1 bedroom if I brought an air mattress but they would not provide any extra beddding.
