I just got a FREE hotel stay in NYC!!! (Disney Hotels Coming Up!)

Sad thing is I'm not even trying for a Disney trip.
We have a wedding to go to in Missouri so I am trying to get a hotel for that.

See, SUmmerLuvv has someone else that will travel with her. There fore she can use THAT person's Name address and CC info to book another room. Thus making it not the "same" person.

Now if someone used a different name but the same CC as the first ressie then it might get cancelled.If they used a different name but the same address it might get cancelled. In her case, even though she plans to go on the trip should another ressie be had and book it herself, she is going to use the name and info of a travelling companion making it legal.

Not all of us are able to do that. And really I am sure that LMT will be reviewing the info submitted to make sure that no one is booking more than they should. I suppose I could ask my Mom for her CC info and put a room under her name and info too since we do need 2 rooms and she will be going with us, I just don't feel right ( read comfortable) asking her for her CC info. I have to get the first room first then worry about the second!

It was posted that IP's would be checked (whether they really truly do that who knows!) so I just want people to be aware that if they even use a seperate name etc... to book another room and their IP gets checked (unlikely but you never know) then both ressies *could* get cancelled since one person booked both rooms !

I'm not sure why she is so defensive about it, I was just letting people know

I've got the SD chat up. Now, I went to the main LMT homepage and acted like I was going to book a trip. When I selected my dates, picked the hotel. Then it took me to a login page. I plugged in my email address and created a password. Now it's asking me for telephone info...do I keep going? Like until they ask for my CC # and don't put that in until the timer starts? This probably means that I should have another LMT browser up with the homepage...watch the video on that homepage and then click over to the other one since it's all ready to go and book?

IMO I don't think you should go that far into the process....technically we don't know where the clock will show up....I have different tabs up at different parts of the website like the front page and the search page and i just keep refreshing those.

I'm wondering the same thing - when the video starts, can you have another tab up and book while it's playing on the first tab? Or does the end of the video take you to a booking page?

Yes and a valid point you have as well. I am sure that there will be some pretty disappointed people that do get their multiple ressies cancelled. I have already figured out what hotel I am trying for NOT a WDW on unfortunately, so once I get the LMT room, I will go over to the regular hotel site and book there or look for a good deal on the same hotel elsewhere. I figure even at the price per night it is just about what I was going to price line rooms for...

I think you are both coming at this in separate directions she is offering a tip to get more than one room IF someone is travelling with you and you can get the CC info from them and use another computer (I would think that it would have to be a compute outside the home that the first ressie was made otherwise there is an IP issue) and keeping it technically legal. While you are trying to save people from grief of loosing the ressie should it be found out that it is the same person making multiple ressies.

This AM it took to the $1 booking page after the video. Not sure if you can get around that.....
