I just bought tickets to the blue men show good move?

We went last summer and our 7yr boy absolutely loved it. My wife and I also had fun. It is a great show, and if you are on the front row I would wear the poncho.

Also, my wife got an up close and personal view of a blue man when he stood on top of her chair overlooking the crowd and we were seated in the middle section.

How long is the show? I'm wondering if it'll keep the attention of my 5 year old? I will prob stay at the hotel with the 2 year old, so if the 5 year old gets restless and they have to leave, that would ruin it for DH and our 9 y.o. The 5yo does really well at the movies and other live shows that are kid oriented, would this be kid friendly enough?

It's def kid friendly. Lots of color and goofiness from the Blue Men. There is even a skit that is just at the Orlando show that involves a kid on stage :yay:

The show is about an hour and 45 mins long with no intermission, so about the length of most movies.

I've seen it twice and it is a blast. Went with some friends the first time and took my younger brother (11) this time. When we went to get the tickets, they said there is a new VIP upgrade available where you can hang out in the Blue Man Lounge before the show and after the show where there is a meet and greet with one of the Blue Men. I wasn't sure if it was appropriate for my brother since he was a minor but the girl said it's for the whole family. I was SSSOOOO happy I decided to do it.

For $20: we got into the lounge an hour before the show (which is really cool with all kinds of Blue Man video playing on the walls), we each got our own copy of the program which is normally like $10, then two drinks each. Both of mine were alcoholic while his was a Rob Roy. It was amazing as there were only three other people in there. The show was almost sold out so it was great getting to chill in this lounge and then get taken right to our seats moments before the show started. No dealing with the crowd!!
Then after the show we went back up and one of the Blue Men came out to meet us. He even talked to us! The bartender said that wasn't normal, that he prob did it since there was only 5 of us in there. We got some awesome pics, talked about our mutual fav football team, the Buccaneers!

I HIGHLY recommend this if you want an above and beyond Blue Man experience!!!!

EDIT: Sorry, I was excited, I should clarify: The $20 to get in gets you into the lounge, 2 drinks (alcoholic or non, your choice), your own program, and meet and greet with a Blue Man.

Do you need to call to get his package? I checked the website and did not find this option. I would love to do this for my DS11. He loved BMG when we saw them last summer and we ended up taking a bunch of his friends to the touring show for his birthday party (second to last row - could barely see the twinkie!)

Thanks! Sounds like we should definitely try it!
