...I LOVE IT! 
For $150, it is a full Droid phone! I get YouTube (downloads just as quick as my laptop and desktop), it already has apps on it and uses the the Droid Apps market, swype, video recorder/camera (both are better than the online reviews, and I can surf the net with relative speed for a phone.
I really researched a lot of phones and I am very frugal. I was paying $10 per month for unlimited internet for my previous "dumb" phone and was used to the slow downloads and frustrations and limitations with it. This gives me 3Gs of MUCH, MUCH faster loading and access for the same $10 per month!!
The only big complaint anyone seems to have is battery life. Apparently, you have to charge it every day. I do that anyway, so it isn't a problem for me.
To me, this is really allowing me to get my money's worth out of my unlimited data plan. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else was thinking about getting into the Droid market.
