Just been to visit my parents and they gave Shelby her birthday present which is a little sit on / walker car thingy, anyway just got home and got it out of the car and plonked Shelby on it to wheel her to the front door, I thought this would be easier than carrying her in my 6 month pregnant state!

Anyway the next thing you know a teenage boy was walking down the road, I casually looked up as you do and then he decided to spit in our front garden, completely unprovoked or anything, I mutterd "Oh thats charming" or something and carried on wheeling Shelby up the drive, next thing you know theres a load of fruit and stones being chucked at us :sad2: I rushed into the house with Boo, and locked up quickly.

What posesses people like that? I mean couldn't he find anyone else to pick on but a pregnant woman and a baby? I just hope that my kids don't end up like that. It's just unbelievable.

I am worried now incase he does anything to the house or car outside - I am phsically shaking from this.

Why???? :sad2:

It just makes you wonder...WHERE ARE THEIR PARENTS? I hope you and Shelby were ok. Take care of yourself and good luck with the new little one. I have two that are 14 months apart (now 9 and 10) and bring me so much happiness!!!

How awful for you. It's no wonder you are shaking. Hope you are ok :grouphug: I'm sure they won't do anything else they're probably off bothering somebody else already. That's what kids like that do they just move on to the next unsuspecting 'victim' It is very sad that people behave that way I would die if I thought either of my kids behaved like this. Put your feet up and have a nice cuppa :grouphug:

what disgusting behaviour :sad2: im not surprised too many parents these days blame everyone BUT themselves for how their little darlings behave !!

my children were given a packet of sweets each earlier in dorothy perkins because the lady said she was impressed at how well behaved they were being :) to me their behaviour was just normal but they got a real treat out of what the lady did :)

sorry to hear about your ordeal. Last summer there were some kids hanging round in the entry at the back of the house the kids were in the kitchen playing by the patio doors and these kids started to stick their fingers up to them the kids ran in to me and told me so i had A POLITE word with the kids outside i went back in and went upstairs to the back bedroom window to see these kids throwing pices off wood into my garden and then half a brick i ran downstairs and when the kids saw me coming to the back door they started to run off we'll they had me cursing them and i told them if i ever saw them again i'd start hurling the bricks at them (i'm really not a nasty person but if it's my child.......)Anyway to cut a long story short they stopped hanging round my gate but people complained off them all summer

That's horrible Gems ~ I'm sure that everything will be fine :grouphug:

Oh Gems - sending you and Shelby a big :grouphug:

I am stunned and not sure what to say :confused3

So sorry Gemma, I don't understand it either, just glad you're both ok :grouphug:

Sending you a big :grouphug: It's not nice that these people can get away with this sort of behaviour.. :sad2:

I don't know why, but people appear to be losing touch with their hearts. I mean, if we can all give into charity and philantropy why can't we be nice to other people anyway?! :confused3

Gemma, how awful for you and your babe! Hopefully you're feeling OK now and that there were no further upsetting incidents. :grouphug: Sadly I don't know why some kids grow up to behave like this but I don't think you need to worry about your own children - so much of it is down to the parents. :confused3

That is awful! Glad you and Shelby are ok. :grouphug:

I wouldn't worry about him coming back, it will have been a meaningless incident to him and unfortunately he probably wont give it a second thought. Small consolation I know but don't lose sleep over scum.

Bless you!

You do seem to attract more than your fair share of trouble don't you? :listen:

I know how you feel :sad2:
A couple of months ago there was some high school boys (around year 7) walking past my house. I was upstairs and spotted them out my window. One of them ran up to my front door and rattled the handle really hard, like he was trying to get in. I opened the window and yelled at them to go away.

Then a few weeks after that, they returned. I saw them again from the same window and this time they had stolen some of my neighbours bedding plants that she sells. They threw about 5 plants at my windows. I went straight to the window and opened it to yell at them to stop, and then they threw another and shouted "Awww, we missed her!" Like they were trying to hit me with the plants!

I was so shaky and I actually cried after it happened. I don't think they realise what they do to people.

How mean :furious: Little brat

I hope you have had a nicer evening :grouphug:
