And not just one. It seems our apartment building has its fair share.
First, we have the couple next door who just had a baby. Awww... (I am being sarcastic, not that I don't like babies, but in this case....
)
Anyway, one day DH let the door slam behind him. Within minutes, the mom was at our door, asking us please don't slam the door, her baby was sleeping. Okay, fine. No problem. We have been ultra careful not to let the door slam ever since.
So, today, her husband has been in and out all day, slamming the heck out of that door!
I guess since we don't have a baby, it's okay?
Then, there are the upstairs neighbors. I have not met them yet, but I have certainly learned which rooms they like best, and where they like to pound their heads into the wall...which is everywhere! There is not a day that goes by that I don't hear them pounding the heck out of something. And it's most of the time, too, when I'm home.
Last but not least, there are some people who live on the third floor of our building, not directly aove us but kinda across. We are on the ground floor. They have a dog. Apparently the dog is teething or is not housebroken or something...because whenever they leave, the dog is out on the balcony...howling, crying the way dogs do. I feel bad for the little guy, he obviously does not want to be there...he was howling right up until midnight last night. I really want to leave a note on their door. I feel bad for the dog, but I also don't want to hear him howling at all hours.
Thanks for letting me rant! I feel much better now.

We are going to miss having them nearby.
