I have questions about VMK, and VMK in Disneyland

Ok, first of all

What does beta and retired mean?
Does anyone know when VMK Central closes in DisneyLand park? Because I have quests and prizes that have to be rediemed, and my sister is going to go with her high school on grad nite and just wanted to know when it closed

I don't think the VMK booth is open during private events. Only open when the park is open to the public. I could be wrong though.

Beta means it was an item in shops during the beta testing time of early vmk but was taken away.Retired means they came ou with something new and sold it for a while then took it away(like christmas and halloween items).
