I have questions about using the dining plan at WCC!

I just looked at the menu for Whispering Canyon Cafe and I have a few questions. I see the all you can eat skillet, but I really don't think I would order that. So on the dining plan, I could order an entree/dessert??? If DH got the all you can eat skillet, he would be entitled to that and a dessert???
Just wondering if that is how it works. I have never done the dining plan at an "all you can eat" that was not a buffet.

On our last trip DH and the kids each ordered the skillet and they got a dessert. I ordered the steak and also received a dessert and we were on the Dining Plan.
