I'm surprised that 25 days till my trip I have recived nothing in the mail. I live outside the u.s so by the time it gets to my p.o box in miami and it gets foward to me it will be too late.

We got ours exactly one week before we were scheduled to arrive.

Try not to worry. If they don't arrive in time, you can still check in with the ME folks at the airport. You will still be able to use the service, although you will probably need to retrieve your luggage. It can go on the bus with you.

We received ours. We're arriving on Jan 2. The postmark was Nov 27 and I think it was delivered a couple of days later. The luggage tags and ME vouchers were in the same packet as the hotel and other vouchers this time. Unless I'm misremembering, we've always gotten a separate packet with the ME vouchers and tags for previous trips. Except once, when we didn't get our ME tags at all. We just stopped by the ME desk and told them what our luggage looked like and it was delivered to our room, same as usual.

Don't worry at all.


Two years ago ours never arrived in spite of my 3 calls asking for them (and assurances by each CM I spoke to that they'd be sent). Finally a few days before I called again and they told me that I did not need the tags and to just go to ME and tell them.

When we arrived at MCO, we went to the ME check in counter. They scanned our luggage claim tags and told us they would get our luggage and send it to the resort.

We got on the bus but I was still nervous the bags would be lost.

But I had no need to worry.

The luggage (which never got the yellow tags) was all delivered to our room later that afternoon.

No worries. They have it down.
