I have no patience...

lol I just like telling them where the monorail to Universal Studios is. :rotfl:

I'm definitely guilty of using old/original names for things, even if the name change happened many, many years ago. To me, it will always be the WEDway People Mover, for example.

And Epcot Center? ;) I still think of Port Orleans French Quarter as just "Port Orleans" and Riverside as "Dixie Landings". I'm not calling the carrousel by Prince Charming's name.

I agree!!!

It's the People Mover and it's MGM.

I agree with both of you....I have been known to refer to MK as "Disney" at some points in conversation. Also, DHS will always be "MGM" to me...sorry, but it's been that way for so long now, it's just the way I know it!

Shades of Green will always be the Disney Inn. EPCOT CENTER, and I often find myself calling Innoventions, Communicore.

...Once at the resort bus stop at DTD a family asked the man next to me where the bus stop for Universal was. The man said he didn't know. I explained that you can't get a bus to Universal from DTD, they said their guidebook said they could and they walked away still looking. I don't argue or get upset if they don't believe me, I figured that I tried. If they want to wander around looking for a non-exsisent boat or bus more power to 'em.

Actually you can get a bus - a Lynx bus - from DTD to Universal Studios. Too bad none of the experts at the resort bus stop knew that.

Ugh MGM is the hardest one for me to break! Though lately I have finally manage to at least start referring to as "Disney Studios" or "The Studios" sometimes. I don't think I will ever be able to call it "Disney Hollywood Studios".

Totally agree! It will always be MGM to me. Although, I am really trying to say ......eh,eh ,eh ..is it Hollywood Studios! Just doesn't sound right to me yet.
The Wedway People Mover...how can it be anything else. :goodvibes

I corrected a lady in the bathroom at Star Wars Weekend. She was telling her child they wouldn't be able to see the characters because the fast passes were all gone. I told her she still would be able to see the Disney characters because they didn't require a fast pass. She told me that is what she meant to say.

My favorite is the person walked up to me sitting on the tram at Epcot and asked is this going to Animal Kingdom?
:rotfl2: I hope helped this confused person out!

Me too!:cutie: My mom though no matter how many times she has been still thinks Universal is one of the Disney Theme Parks. :dance3:
