Lisa,
Yea, I have been doing pilates again and I also use a video I used post partum (12 years ago

), that really gives me a great workout, and my body likes it apparently! I can't quite figure out why my jeans are fitting better. The only thing I can figure is that I'm just not losing it where I measure, but in other places that I deem insignificannt. However, it is significant when I put my clothes on! That is great personal feedback! I like the idea of getting out skinny clothes and tring to squeeze into them. Talk about incentive. (just make sure it's something heavy duty. I did split out the rear of a beautiful beaded silk dress attempting such a stunt!

)
Just keep it up Lisa! Barring health issues, exercise never hurt anyone. It can only help. Even if you're not seeing a loss, you can find results in other ways. Better fitting clothes, lower cholesterol, stronger heart, legs, arms, back, abs, increases stamina and enery, better sleep, and all sorts of other benefits!
Keep the Faith
Tracy
