do you want WISH clip-art? there is a sticky at the top of this board where you can get all the cliparts to add to our signature. Otherwise, I just typed in that information in my Profile - signature area.

The first number is what your starting weight is. The second number is what you currently weigh and the last number is the goal you want to get to. You set your own goal or if you go to WW you use the goal they give you or what you feel you need to weigh!!

I am very proud yet envious of OhMom's numbers.

Stitchgirl, Mum4Jenn explained it well. That last number, the GOAL one, is sometimes hard to decide on. Do you have a good idea what your ideal weight might be? Maybe your doctor had a suggestion?

If you don't have any idea, you tell us how tall you are and we can tell you what Weight Watchers lists as a healthy weight range for your height, based on body fat percentages. That would give you a good starting place and give you an idea how close you are already.
