I investigated it, didn't find "hard" proof, but it did confirm my suspisions-I threaten to call Loss prevention if new measures were not put in place to prevent that type of behaviors. So, basically I blackmailed them.

Congrats.
I'm in the waiting mode right now. I flew to Arizona last Thursday and had 4 hours of interviews on Friday. Flew home Sunday and had a phone interview with one more person at the company. Now I'm just waiting to hear back and it's killing me. It's so hard to concentrate on anything when I have no idea whether I'll be selling my house and moving my wife and kids out of the state in a few weeks.
