On the Dining Plan, can you trade your counter service ticket for a snack ticket? And if so, do you get more snacks with it or no?

theres no exact answer to this. there have been reports of people doing it and getting 2 snacks for it. but then there have been reports of people requesting it and being turned down. so you take your chances.
but, if you wanted somehting quick instead of a whole cs meal, you could go to the main street bakery, caseys, touluca turkey legs...and there are more that take the cs credits but you really arent getting a full meal.

Some people report that they have been able to do this - ask at your resort.

At the ASMu food court I have been allowed to get breakfast of 2 snack items (a Pastry and a fruit cup) plus the 2 beverages that come with breakfast. I essence, DH and I both got breakfast on one credit

I guess it depends on what you are looking to get.

At DHS, my brother in law REALLy wanted a turkey leg. He was going to pay out of pocket for it. It was our first time on the dining plan, and the first day of our trip so we were a little confused on how it worked. The particular stand that we were at had only drinks, and ice creams listed as Dining Plan Snack Credits. There were no CS meals available at this stand. The CM was very helpful to us, and she even offered to my BIL to get the turkey leg, a drink, and an ice cream...and she counted it as a CS. I think it all depends whos helping you, and how polite you are.
