I have a Nail question

Ok so im trying to avoid having to leave disney grounds.
I want to get my bridesmaids and I's nails done the day before but i dont want to pay out the butt.
Anyone know of a nail person who will come to our room?

I had my nails done at the Coronodo Springs Resort. Her name was JoAnn and she was GREAT and very reasonable.

I am not sure about coming to your room - but the spas have nail services - where are you staying....the GF spa and one other have a website www.relaxedyet.com check it out and see if that helps! Beach Club has peri-wigs but they may do nails- I am actually calling tomorrow and the dolphin/swan has a new spa too-

My maid of honor and I were staying at the Boardwalk Inn. We walked over to the Dolphin's spa (which is NICE) for massages and manicures the morning of the wedding.

Since I know down in palm beach where I live acrylics are usualy only 30 maybr 40 for pink and whites.

Just called Peri-Wigs and it sounds like the same deal 35 for manicure 7 more for french, pedicure is 55 7 more for french acrylics 100 for pink/white and regular 80-

I live in a small town in IL and my acrylics are pink and white a new set is 45 bucks and a fill is 25 - so my poor nail tech needs to move she is getting jipped. I go to a spato get them done and have since i was in high school and now they are much less if I would go to the mall, there are a lot of Asian run shops where they are less expensive.

Honostly i have never had my nails done by somone who wasnt asian. Not that i have a prefrence its just that 90% of salons here are all asian owned.

I'm starting to hink Ill let the girls get their nails done on their own.
Weve paid for everything so far (dress jewlry and all) so I think they can live getting their nails done on their own.

If you have a disney wedding wishbook, one of the tabs (after the web stuff) has places Disney recomends to get your hair, makeup and nails, etc. done the day of the wedding. Most of them come out to you and do everything, Including your nails, the day of your wedding. One of them did your hair, makeup, nails AND a Massage!!! I think it was something like spa on wheels or something like that. Anyway, check out some of their sites, I did the other day and they do have packages as well as a-la-carte prices! Gook luck, and let me know if you find what you're looking for...I'm all about saving money!

I do not really care who does my nails but when i began getting before we had any asian salons my lady is more expensive but we have been together for so long and I have been happy with her work-

Anyway - if you have paid for that much already then I would let them get their nails done on their own, sounds like you have been extremely generous already!

Error Kitten; are you all having natural nail manicures, or acrylics? Because if you are having acrylics put on, then I would do that before you leave for Disney. (It would be a lot less expensive to have it done at home, but check out their work and make sure they are good.) Natural nails need to be done the day of, or at the earliest the day before, because the polish chips so much more easily.

And I wouldn't worry about paying for your 'maids manis and pedis--it really is not your responsibilty, they should take care of that themselves. Yes, it's a nice gift for you to give them, but it sounds as if you are already doing plenty.

I say you should just worry about "you" as far as this goes.
