I am planning my second Disney Cruise for September. So I have 5 months to drop 35 pounds. I am great at making these goals but I never see then thru but this time I want it to work. So exersise and eating better and I should make it. I have my gazelle and I am going to start walking back and forth to work. I just have to remember candy and soda are not a food group. I will keep you poster wish me luck.
