I live in So. Delaware and yes it is raining again this morning. They are calling for rain this weekend, oh yeah! We camp alot, and we have camped now in the rain just about every weekend we go. At least most of you responding to this post have your cruises to look forward to, mine is over, oh boo-hoo, boo-hoo! Waiting until January to book our next cruise, in April 2005, so far away, but the looking forward to a cruise is so much fun. I think if it keeps on raining I am going to have to buy little rain boots for my little dog!!

Yeah for this thread! I thought I was the only one who is going crazy with this weather. I'm grumpy, irritable and downright hard to live with. When you say it's been raining for 3 months, you're not kidding. We've had more rain and dreary days since April than anyone should have in an entire year. You don't feel motivated to do anything! My kid's ballgames have been canceled to the point that I don't know that we'll get them all made up! I also live in Central PA (between Harrisburg and State College) and we just haven't had a lot to smile about in the last few months. It's June 4 and I couldn't care less about summer because I don't think we're going to have one.

I live at the Jersey Shore, about 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean. This morning I left my house to discover that I now have waterfront property! My street looks like a river, and my feet got soaked just crossing the street to the train station. I arrived at my office and found that today is the day they chose to turn the air conditioning on. Now, not only am I wet but I'm cold!

The good side of all this rain is that I knit items to sell so that I can raise money for my DCL cruises. If this bad weather continues, I will have created enough items that I should be able to finance a month or two on the ship! I'm also making a few matching sleeveless sweaters for my granddaughter, my daughter-in-law and me to wear on the cruise in December. At this rate, we'll all have an entire wardrobe of new sweaters!

And on an entirely off-topic note, I have to brag a bit about my son (the father of that granddaughter). He took the test yesterday for the TV show Jeopardy, and he passed! I'll post a message on this board if he gets chosen to be on the show!
