This doesn't sound good, in fact it sounds all the too familiar.

Before you let yourself drown, go see a doctor. Make sure there isn't a chemical problem that's making you feel this way. Also a counselor might help.

Ok, it took me a long time to realize I needed these things, but I am so glad I did. With that, along with caring people, I feel normal now.

And don't forget, there is almost always someone here to talk to.

It could be worse, I was home with DS today, he had a stomach "bug" and while I was sitting in front of him talking to him, he "projectiled" into my open mouth, then down my shirt.

We've all had better days, and I think after this, it can only get better.

Remember, you can always say, " at least noone threw up in my mouth today."
