Souvenirs
So why wait till the very end of the trip to tell you what we all got…let’s share it now…becuase I know that is what you all really want to know!
To keep tabs better on the souvie buying from us to the kids, the kids and Christmas/birthdays I made up little gift coupons for the 4 kids. One was for a trading pin (purchased) and the other $10 toward a purchase at Mouse Gear.
Plus I used my phone Word app and kept a running list of what we had hoped to buy and marked it DONE as I went along.
The other great thing was the kids all had g/c…the girls had $ for their birthdays and the twins had saved g/c they received from their birthday in the Spring plus got an early Christmas present from my parents in g/c too. And when traveling w/ Grandparents they are always willing to buy something too. (Nathan also had some of his own money)
I felt we did pretty good on keeping the buying down and still to what lists/funds we had…but you know you always spend more than you originally think…epecially since we were doing Christmas shopping too.
