My pin stated..most nights now through 8/14/10. Has to be booked by 4/30

Thanks Jen!!! There is still hope for me...I will be end of July begin of Aug. I will probably not get one as I am booked already in 2 different resorts 2 seperate ressies.

You could always call and ask if there is a pin attached to your name or email. I know all Cast members will not check, but many of them will~ I have called and asked and gotten them to look in the past...and I did have one ... I was thrilled beyond belief... I had a vacation for that trip already booked there too...so she added it on to that trip!! Its worth a shot! Good luck!!

I got a quick service pin a couple weeks ago and was disappointed since my DH does not cave in very often and let us do Disney. Luckily I saved it, he called up and said he why don't we see Mickey and Harry Potter and now I am planning our vacation for June. The Pin saved us a ton, I love the dining plans since I like everything to be paid for in advance.

I didn't upgrade this time because I don't really want to use the sit down meals this time.

Can't wait to go

I initially booked our trip with QSDP and ended up upgrading to DxDP - we're a family of four and our kids are considered adults for the dining plans - if I recall correctly the difference was $800.

Edited to add - this is for 5 nights, so I think that's around $40 per person per day to upgrade from QS to DX.

You can only use one deal. You have to do the math to see which is a better deal for your family.
