I ordered the makeup bags....but not anything else. It takes about 3-4 weeks for my stuff to arrive though, so I wouldn't have much time for ordering anything else now for Christmas.

Last year I ordered a coin purse for a really good friend. Each side ahd 1 picture of her dogs (so one dog on each side). She LOVED it. I was very happy with the stuff I ahve ordered from there, and since being on their mailing list, I have gotten a lot of offers for low priced stuff! I should have thought of it before now.....hmmmmm, might be good ideas for Mothers day and b-days.....off to look!

I really love artscow. I just ordered ornaments and a calendar last week, and received a shipping notice yesterday. So, I should have it in about a week or two.

I am trying to order some items that say I get free, but when I go to check out they are charging for them. What gives?

I won't be ordering from Artscow again. I ordered the makeup bags a few weeks ago. Today I found out they have not even charged my card yet. So I emailed them and got a less than helpful reply.

I have always had good luck with Artscow and they always have to seem good deals. I have got large prints, mouse pads, notepads, etc. and always seem to be delivered in a very reasonable amount of time.

livndisney, I am sorry that you got poor treatment from them. I wonder if it was just one customer service rep having a lousy day? But I know how frustrating poor service can be.

livndisney: that is so dumb.. And who ever it was they probably didn't leave any memoes, or they got deleted with the account or that person would have been sacked! I did some more looking and I guess there are others complaining about more poor service with them.
