I got my BOG ADR!!!!

Just booked thru the number 407-939-2625 that someone had on here. NO WAIT!!!! got right thru and booked for 11/21 at 4:10 FOR 4 people. EXCITED!!!!

Me too! Thanks so much to the OP for making my life SO much easier today! :worship:
 
I was able to get 11/28 at 7:30pm through the automated system!!!! :yay:

Then I stayed on the line because I wanted to see if I could get 12/2 instead. However, when I did get through with an agent (after 45 minutes on hold) she did say that YES the reservations DO require a CC hold, and they WILL cancel overnight unless a CC is used to reserve them.

She then tried to call that department and she said the wait time to speak to them was 60 minutes. She suggested calling back later in the day to add the cc.

Guess it's more phone time for me. :scared1:
 
I've pretty much thrown in the towel, but if anyone has a ressie on 11/21, which is my twins 11th birthday and they want to give it to me, please let me know! I went from busy signals not getting through at all again, so more people must be trying. We'd need it for 4 people.

I've been calling since 7am... ugh!
 
Sold out for dinner from 12/1 thru 12/6. Damnit damnit damnit. :mad: sold out in 4hours.
 

Got my first choice of times on 1-4-2013. Was on hold about 10 minutes with DVC member services at 11AM.
 
Just got through to agent-

no res for party of 4 or 6 from 11/29 to 12/10 at all!!!!

only res for 2 was 12/8 at 6:45

She said they are cc guaranteed-does not know about the auto system and how they are handeling the cc part

So I guess we will try for luch or look for cancels when it goes online, with all the rest!

On the phone with a CM now.

ANY reservation without a credit card attached WILL BE DELETED tonight at midnight.

The CM is trying to either attach my CC to the reservation or re-book.

Because of the popularity, they are having trouble re-booking for me. I've been on hold for quite some time while they try to fix it.

I advise everyone who didn't give a credit card to call back ASAP.

For those that are worried about Automated line and your reservations, have you tried to pull them throuh your resort reservation on line (look up reservation with number and phone number)? It will pull your reservation and attach it to your resort reservation. I know I have made other ADR's through the website and it didn't ask for cc number. I just make sure it posted it with my Resort confirm. Just a thought.

I did the same right after I got my reservation at 5:25 a.m. Colorado time. It was on our room reservation page with all of our other dining reservations which we made on line. The dining and room reservations are linked and the only dining reservation I had to provide a cc for was Hoop de Doo. I'll probably call just to be on the safe side but I am assuming since room and dining are linked and there is a cc on room that will suffice.
 
DH and I have our ADRs for a party of two on 11/19 and 1/17. :cool1:
 
After 4 hours and 150+ tries I finally go through. 2 people for 12/30 @ 8pm. They had other times both earlier and later that night, so it looks like there's still some availability. I thought NYE weekend would have gone much quicker.
 
Just telling myself it's ok... worst comes to worst we can always try the QS... no reservations needed for that >_<

Picked up the cell phone to talk to the reservation agents AND ACCIDENTALLY HUNG UP!

Thanks for posting the number, but at 11:30 am in Indiana I still can't get through and I've tried a few different numbers.

It's not making much sense to me, right now. I've tried from 7:00 am eastern and I've dialed at least 250 times with no luck.

I'm starting to really think this has something to do with where you live.

I just called back because the automated system didn't ask for my CC # either. The CM (super nice/helpful) said the automated system wasn't supposed to accept reservations for BOG until Wednesday. I thought it was just online ressies, but she said no, the automated system as well.

If you didn't leave a CC, I personally would call back so there's no doubt/concerns. Good luck everyone!! :wizard:
 
What a cluster.

I called back too. I went through DVC this time. She had to transfer me to a supervisor, who took my credit card # and gave me a new ADR. That one's showing up online now. The old one is not. NOW can I finally strop stressing about this ADR? Sheesh.

ETA: The CM from Member Services also thanked me for calling and said it would have been canceled. I cannot see how that is going to work, but it was worth the hold time just to be confident we actually had the ADR.
 
Just called the number posted above (THANK YOU WHOMEVER PUT THAT UP THERE!!!) My Mom has been trying for the last three and a half hours since i had to work today... I feel TERRIBLE that I was able to pull this off with 10 minutes of effort but I just booked a reservation for my Mom and Dad a day later than we were hoping for super early (4:15pm!) BUT they are in there! :wizard:

If anyone is trying for a party of two December 12-15 that was the only reservation they had available! :headache:
