I got my BOG ADR!!!!

What a cluster.

I called back too. I went through DVC this time. She had to transfer me to a supervisor, who took my credit card # and gave me a new ADR. That one's showing up online now. The old one is not. NOW can I finally strop stressing about this ADR? Sheesh.

Well I got the automated system. Booked and done withing minutes. Couldn't believe I got through so fast seeing that so many are talking about being on hold for hours.
No cc # asked for. Just spoke to a rep and she said I am fine. When I got off the phone I linked the new reservation to my current Disney reservations and it shows up on there now. I say that should be sufficient.

Kind of unfair if they cancel without notice though. It isn't our fault the cc# wasn't asked for. If I wasn't part of this board, I would not have though twice about it after I made the reservation.
 
Dec.13- 5:00 pm !!!! Just before MVMCP . I used travel agent number. Anybody want to pm me Name and I'll help....very fast this way !!!

I was finally able to get a reservation for our December trip after one and a half hours of dialing and listening to messages, ranging from that number is not in service, to line is busy, to a busy signal. Just happy to finally reach a real person.

Remember, if you don't get your reservation, keep checking online as it gets closer, as some people usually cancel.
 
4 1/2 hours later... I GOT IT! I got through immediately to a person to 407-939-2625. Got the exact time and date I wanted - 2/6 at 7:30! WOO HOO!

Its of course up to you, but I prefer the "better safe than sorry" concept. Best of luck!! :)
 
just to let anyone know I didnt find any availability from Nov 26 to Dec 1,

So it looks like there are no ressie's for 11/26 through at least 12/6. Hopefully I'll get lucky and find a few loose ones after we get closer to our dates and others plans get canceled or changed.

I posted at 6:30am CT this morning and was post #101. Now we're at 525 and counting.

Note to self: Call in :sick: and then come in for the rest of the day after ADR's and ressie's have been done.

Thanks for saving me some time! Funny, I am not in love with menu but got all caught up in the hype of trying to get this! Completely content with my ressies & will check out BOG counter service!

I agree. I actually did call. Was told that everything was good for my reservations. Hope everyone else's works out as well
 
I have a reservation for 5 on December 12 @ 4:45 PM. The only girl in our family is a month old, and the boys would rather go to T-REX for lunch (so would I). That being said, is there a way to transfer this reservation to someone who will actually use/enjoy it?
 
Nothing Available during the following dates as well:
December 10-14.

Good Luck to everyone else! Took me 4 1/2 hours of phone calls, just to wind up with NOTHING! Oh well, at least there is Counter Lunch Service :)

I have a Reservation for T-Rex on the 12th of December @ 5:00pm for a party of 5. I would be willing to TRADE you for your Be Our Guest Ressie on the 12....... Let me know......

On the phone with a CM now.

ANY reservation without a credit card attached WILL BE DELETED tonight at midnight.

The CM is trying to either attach my CC to the reservation or re-book.

Because of the popularity, they are having trouble re-booking for me. I've been on hold for quite some time while they try to fix it.

I advise everyone who didn't give a credit card to call back ASAP.

This is me :headache: I called earlier and the CM said no problem if I have the confirmation # but he DID NOT know what he was talking about. I decided I had better check again, so after being on hold for 30 min. finally got back in, then had to be on hold 30 MORE min. for someone else to override the system to add my cc# in. THEN, he had to issue me a NEW conf.# (but, with same ressie time)

Wow, what an issue :confused3 I was a nervous wreck thinking I would be cut off any time. :eek:

They said there was an issue with the system and they were trying to get it resolved, and there was a backup of people like me that were trying to get their cc#'s added.

So folks, if you did not give them a cc#, you will need to call back today, or they said the system WILL kick them out - straight from the one that was authorized to make the change and take my cc#!!!!!

What a morning :crazy2: (for them too, they said!)

Just got off the phone with a CM. No avail @ BOG the week of Dec 1st thru Dec 8th. A little disappointed !:sad2:

Does someone want to keep track of what ressies have been acquired? I got through for a bit and was looking at 11/26-12/2 and 12/9-12/15. I couldnt find any for 2 people! Then the system booted me out! :headache:

I got the same answer the first time, but decided to double check. That CM was WRONG :confused3 You definitely DO need to call back and add your cc#.

Be prepared to wait though, as it took me almost an hour to finally get it straightened out :eek: They have to do this for EVERYBODY that did not get asked for their cc#:scared1:
 
Hey folks,

I hate to be the confirmer of bad news, but your BOG ADR *needs* to have a CC# attached to it.

I made my ADR this morning via the automated reservation system after waiting for almost 3 hours.....and I called back at 11:10 to confirm the CC# issue, just got off the phone now (it's 12:00).

Not *only* do you need a credit card attached, but they have to rebook the ADR. Attaching a credit card number to an existing reservation is apparently very difficult and depending on who you speak to, either requires a whole bunch of overrides or is flat out not possible.

Thankfully, my ADR time/date was still available, so it was a case of simply booking a new ADR and canceling the previous one. Had my date/time not been available, I might be out of luck.

I recommend that if you made an ADR via the automated system, you call back immediately and straighten it out!!
