I got just what I wanted for Christmas!! Snow and Toy Soldiers! March pix add 5/16/11

Glad to see ya posting Dana. You already know how much I wanted to buy DVC. What I wouldn't give done it years and years ago before I was college, private school, wedding, etc. broke.

If you handled Atlanta traffic, you can certainly handle driving to Disney. At least it's main highways/interstates for you. I don't like the part where we have to cut through Mississippi and there's absolutely nothing to look at.

I am so excited to see you guys again!

I can't wait Lisa. I know we won't be there long, but the quick trips seem to be the most fun. I have an ADR for Kona on Sunday morning the 29th. I want to try the Tonga Toast and I know I can't eat it all so Dallas and I are going to share.........lol. I know what you mean about college, private schools, and weddings...... I could have paid for Amanda, Tyler and Dallas to go to college with the tuition I paid for Amanda and Tyler in private school. I'm trying to decide if I want to add the Friday night to our Hilton reservation or just wait and see if we make it in that night.

A quick trip is better than no trip to Disney in my opinion. If we lived closer than 15 to 16 hours away, I'd definitely buy annual passes.

I've read reviews and seen pictures of the Kona breakfast and it looks super good. I wish we were more of breakfast eaters than we are. I don't think we'd get our money's worth. We are more the eat breakfast at dinner time kind of family.

I can't believe that I used to pay for two private school tuitions at the same time. It hurt my pocketbook every month that's for sure.

There are so many hotels on West Irlo Bronson in Kissimmee that I think you'd find something if you called Hilton and they were booked Friday night.

OK since the most recent trip was the March trip I guess I should finish it out first...........

I left us off after a long birthday for me on March 5th.......Sunday March 6th follows in these pictures.

It was AK day

We rode the train to Conservation Station, but I didn't get any pictures there.

We headed over to ride Dinosaur and along the way we saw this lady.

I love her!!

We rode Dinosaur and decided to sit on the bench and watch people for a little while before heading over to Epcot for our ADR at Le Cellier.

As Dallas was looking at the above fellow he slipped on a rock and fell; he tore his knee up something fierce. He has a big ole scar on his knee now. He was bleeding pretty bad and I have to say NOT ONE Disney CM asked us if they could help us. We made it to the front of the park, with blood running down his leg, to see if the First Aide station could help us clean it up and bandage it, well a word to the wise, the First Aide station at AK is by the Tree of Life. The lady at the entrance of the park asked us if we wanted to WALK all the way back to the Tree of Life..ummmmmmmmm NO. We made it to the car and I tied a towel around his leg and we went back to our room so we could clean it up and bandage it.

We ate at Le Cellier, but we had to rent a wheel chair because Dallas' leg was hurting so bad he had a hard time walking very far.

You know me; if I weren't such a baby I would go on my off weekends because I'm off 3 days in a row every other weekend. I could stay with Christie ;) ;)................:rotfl:.

I'm not that much of a breakfast eater either, but I want to try that toast...it looks yummy. Dallas is a big breakfast eater though so he will like it. Dale has been cutting out his sugar intake so he will get something else. He has lost 10lbs in 5 weeks just by cutting out sweets. Men..hmmmmmmmmmmm.

Private school is a good option, but they have gone up so high I don't see how anyone can afford them now.

I think I will call the Hilton and see if they can add the Friday night to our ressie at the same discounted rate I have now. The offer I booked under is over so I don't know if they will do it. If not, we can find a room somewhere.

Thank you Christie :goodvibes. That would be great if you could come over and meet us. Dallas loves hanging out with Tyler and I enjoy talking to you too!!!!! I know you are super excited about SSR and SWW. You are going to love SSR and the grounds there. It is such a pretty resort and I couldn't have asked for nicer CMs at the food court area.

Yea, Tyler likes hanging out with Dallas too. Tyler doesn't have too many people that he hangs around with, so he enjoys his Disney buddies!! Plus, this is his last week of school, his birthday week....UG!!! I'm about to be beside myself!!

I hope we like SSR, I KNOW we'll love SWW, got enough SW fans in the bunch LOL Andrew doesn't know about the SW stuff, and he's a HUGE fan! So everyone's excited too, since it's so close and everything. I'm a nervous wreck, can't hardly sit down, can't get up cause I"m in too much pain lately!! UG!!! Chris starts his vacation tomorrow, so he can help finish cleaning the house. he gave me strict instructions that I"m NOT to do anything while he's not home to make sure I don't do too much LOL But, there's just SOOOO much to do! AAAHHHH!!!!! I gotta finish packing.....organizing....you know the routine!! This is SOOOOOO much harder than popping over for the day LOL
