I got BWV August 25 to Sept 1 - YAY for waitlists! HELP

Hey everyone,
Our home resort is SSR. However, we have family coming down at that time and they are staying at the Dolphin resort so we wanted to be close. After two days of being waitlisted, BWV studio preferred view came through for us!
Now, for BWV experts what area of the resort should I request? Any advice is truly appreciated. Also, how much is mousekeeping? if we want more service than DVC gives us!

Assuming you got a Pool/Garden preferred view studio. That category has views of the main pool (Luna Park aka clown slide pool), the quiet pool & Community Hall, and the croquet lawn & Swan Resort. Most of those rooms also have a view of the canal that goes to MGM.

You can also request ground floor, upper floor, and close (or not) to the elevators. There is only one bank of elevators serving the BWV wing so being close can be important if you are traveling with strollers, wheel chairs/ECVs or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

If you can use stairs, the rooms farther from the elevators can be more convenient (and they are generally quieter since there is less hallway traffic).

If you want to be close to the walkway to the Dolphin, ask to overlook the croquet lawn. If you want to be close to the walkway to MGM, ask to overlook the quiet pool or to be near the tennis courts.

FWIW, I don't think there are any really bad views at the BWV, but some would disagree, of course.

A full cleaning of a studio is $25 per day requested. An extra Trash & Towel service is $10 per day requested. An extra towel pack is $6.
