I got a heck of a bargin this morning!

I guess it paid off for me this morning to not be able to sleep.

I was cruising the web just checking things out. I'm supposed to be attending the big Family Gathering in WDW in September but hadn't made any final plans.

On a whim I checked out AirTran's webpage to see what the fares were up to. (They had been close to $100 each way)

Imagine my surprise when I saw they had a sale....

$44 each way! Non stop!!!

Pack my bags baby, I'm heading to Orlando to see a mouse!

pssst--Laureen--can you keep your eyes open for BOS to BWI at the end of July for <$49 each way.

We're heading down to catch a Red Sox/Orioles game at Camden Yard, and so far we're driving. If I can get there on a plane for under $275 for the 3 of us, we will fly.

Oh, and GREAT JOB on your flights. Very NICE.

RIC doesn't have AirTran does it? I thought they were in Newport News.

Good rate! That's cheaper than what we got last Aug ($49 each way) Have a great time!

I don't think Air Tran will fly out of Richmond, does it?

We had great rates out of RIC on Delta Connections last August. I love the Richmond airport because parking is easy AND affordable and the airport is so small, very easy to navigate.

We got the $49 each way on Southwest out of BWI for our August trip!

DH and DD are going down for 2 games on the 26th and 27th of July........DH is a big Sox fan.
THey are driving, about 4 1/2 hrs.
Good luck on your flights. You just have to keep checking, at all hours of the day and night.

Oh. I didn't know AirTran didn't fly out of RIC anymore. I flew them to Atlanta several years ago (& came home w/ bruises from all the turbulence - not a fun flight!). Shows you how much attention I pay at the airport - LOL

Nope, AirTran isn't out of Richmond anymore - I'm flying out of Newport News. Just another 35 minutes further from RIC for me and definitely worth the difference in cost.

So happy for you, what a great deal. I've never heard of that airline, and NON STOP?? Fantastic. I thought we were doing good flying Non Stop on Delta with one companion free ticket, came to 4 of us for $750, including all taxes, etc....

This is our first time flying to WDW, instead of spending 11 hours in the car one way...I can hardly stand the wait... We leave at 7:00 a.m., arrive in MCO at 8:26, and will hopefully be in Typhoon Lagoon at 10:00....Now THAT'S NON STOP!!!

Have a great trip, and it will be even better every time you think about all the money you saved and can now spend on Disney Stuff!!
