I got a Disney postcard in the mail

yesterday and I was so excited because I thought I had FINALLY received THE CODE. But no, after turning the card over, I found it was a card for a 15% discount at the Disney Store. My nephew got the card with the code on Saturday and he's never stayed on site. We've stayed on site twice and have never received a code.

I was at disney when this was all happening. My mom checked our mail and I just emailed her to see if she threw it out or something, we never got one. I also called and tried to make reservations with out mentioning the code and got a normal price..... Oh well........ feeling so unspecial. I'd rather have the discounted room since I don't plan on using the dining plan the next trip.

I got the same Disney Store coupon, too. The same day, I also got an envelope from Disney Destinations. It was a customized brochure for my family saying they can't wait to welcome us back in September & gave info on our resort, ticket recommendations, etc. Don't think I didn't scour that thing for a pin code! (But, no ... they're "welcoming" me back at rack rate! ) I've never been so disappointed to get mail from Disney.

I too got that silly one from disney store... I had seen your post so I looked before I got excited... thank goodness I would have been horribly sad... Watching mail and email every day just hoping...
