The cm said it's invalid??? She tried it on two different areas she said and it's not working?!!

She said it could be misprinted on the email. She said wait and see if I get a matching postcard.

Has this happened to anyone???

I'm not sure in the long run it's going to help for our April dates anyway, but I'd still like it to work so I can see the numbers!
 
yeah, I got a 30% off code plus $99 rate for values. When I tried to use the code for the values it wouldn't work. I called DIS & the CM said it needed another # then told me to call "MELVIN" for technical support. Well Melvin returned my call when I wasn't there and left me a message telling me exactly the same info as in the email. Geez :confused3 I read that myself. So he gave me 0 help! Then I called my TA and she was able to get me an EVEN BETTER rate then the $99 value rate so I just forgot about the wonderful code! :banana:

good luck getting it sorted out. Perhaps your code doesn't have enough #s either?:rolleyes1
 
I'm an new to this board, we will be taking our first family vacation to Disneyworld in May and I have been receiving some discount pins. Can you tell me what TA you used to get a rate better than $99 for the value resorts. I checked with a TA that a girl at work used and her rates were higher than what I found.
 
It happened to me. The cm had to put me on hold and called guest services (her words) and I ended up getting my code. Initially though she said it wasn't there. During our call I was disconnected, but she had already quoted me. I had to call back and go through the process again. Thank goodnesss though because this time I got 40% off and it dropped the price another $500 bucks. It's bizare how the whole thing works. :confused3
 

I would call back, some CM's seem to try a little harder than others. I called yesterday and asked if there where any discounts for august and the CM said not at this time. I called today and the CM said let me check and she just so happened to find a code next to my name. So I think it all depends on who you talk to try again.
 
I had the same thing happen to me today. I got a code via email. When I called they couldn't find it anywhere! They were able to work with guest services to honor it, but it took awhile. I would call back and try again. Good luck!
