I found the most fabulous snack ever

Yum, yum, yum . It does sound yucky, but I love it also. There is a chocolate company here that has a chunk of chocolate mixed in with pieces of the potato chips and macadamia nuts. I want some of that right now.

Yes, they were big thick ridge chips.. it was fabulous.

I make chocolate covered chips for the holidays. I use the pringo chips you know the ones in the canister. i melt my chocolate and dip each chip in the chocoate on one side only. I also make chocoate covered oreos. Dip half in white chocolate let set and the other half in milk chocolate. Also the mini pretzels, and pretzel logs dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with chopped nuts. And not to mention strawberries also.

Yes you can tell I'm a chocolholic. Also a big hit when I bring these to work.

Something else I loved growing up was potato chips dipped in vanilla bean ice cream with Hershey's syrup.

Has anyone tried the choc. covered Ritz crackers? I haven't.
