I hope everyone is having a great weekend!! I went out to see a great band last night, drank WAY too much, and today is all about hydration. Band was excellent. I think tonight is sofa/hockey bed early!

Hey!! Just got back from 3 days in NJ! Bought a little black dress to wear to this really fancy christening party next Saturday - I'm a little bummed that a size 10 barely makes it over my hips - and I just drank enough beer to sink a battleship! I better fast on Friday!

Any luck with the house? I really don't know where the time goes or why I'm so exhausted today. This back and forth stuff is getting really old; there is way too much to do at both places. I don't even know if we will make it down this weekend because of this party on Saturday

Wed night we lost power for almost 5 hours, thought I was going to go postal with no A/C. The house started to turn on each other after we could not charge our phones and IPODS.

Tonight will be quiet, after last night and then HS reunion thingy Saturday.

Wed night we lost power for almost 5 hours, thought I was going to go postal with no A/C. The house started to turn on each other after we could not charge our phones and IPODS.

No power! I thought it was cold in Canada???? My biggest problem would be not having the computer (it's a desktop) and the A/C.

Have fun at the reunion! We just found out the church for the christening is nowhere near the reception place, might just skip the church. I know that sounds horrible, but I'm in so much pain right now I don't know if I could do both.

Our summers are like yours. It was almost 100 with humidity all week. I'm NOT complaining, but thus we got some POWERFUL storms. There was some talk of a Tornado touching down in Toronto, we got hit hard though. Trees down all over, etc. Thankfully we had no damage, and I hid . We were all great by candlelight, hoping it would come on any minute, but it did not until 11:04pm.. Always fun finding flashlights. I have to be more organized than this, and get them out. Kids were about to poke each other's eyes out, and DH and I too.. He had to go save the airport because they had shut down for 2 hours for the lightening and he is management, so left me with that. I quickly put the kids TO BED

Sorry you are in pain I was going to post on the age thread, but thought I would be too depressing. On the outside almost 42, but surely 82 on the inside..Darn everything sucks.

I would not go to the church either, I'd skip it. I hope the reunion is ok. Looking forward, and not looking forward. Then Sunday I have a HUGE Italian shower to go to with my DD12. Oh well, it will be busy.

What a weekend..

The reunion was a great time. Saw lots of people, some I still see, some have moved away, come back, etc. Drank ummmm, a wee bit and got home at 2am.

I had to be up and ready to get ready for a giant Italian Wedding Shower with DD, in the other end of the city, 6 and a 1/2 hours later I'm home..She had a blast, I was a had a little of this , open bar as well, no thanks. DIET PEPSI PLEASE and WATER!!

Now I'm doing laundry, housework, getting ready for the week.

What a day here it is..

My float is ready, and I am going to float all afternoon. LA LA LA LA LA!!

I have about 2 hours until I get invaded by the kids and their friends. Music on

5 o'clock comes round, I am thinking about what to purchase...any suggestions??? Something summery and different..
