I finally hit my credit goal

I am totally impressed and now realize that I must get going on the credits. I thought I was doing good at 14,900, but wow, I guess I need more.

To me the easiest and quickest way for credits is early morning on jungle cruise and fireworks. I try for the top ten list on jungle cruise and go for a few wins at fireworks. But sometimes, gosh darn it, I actually have to do some work in between, lol.

Well, I started my Nedding because I had heard from a little bird that the flying carpet was going to cost us FORTY GRAND. Of course, I've heard other numbers since then, so who knows who's really right... 40,000; 10,000; 2,000, I've heard it all. Oh and the other I heard was "it will be something even newer players can afford"...third hand info from yavn supposedly.

Who knows.

Either way, I don't use my credits when new stuff comes out, I just take the time to make a mule or three and steal it from them. With about 15 minutes of effort on a new mule, you can get 2100 credits right away.

As for how much I earn in a day, I go in spurts. Some days I'll get 4 grand going Nedding, and other times I'll go a week without playing Ned at all. I can't get 2 sets of credits-I leave for work at 8:15...and VMK doesn't open until 9. So, I get one set during the week and if I'm lucky enough to remember, two on the weekends.

I can earn 1000 credits in an hour, like others said, going Nedding. I don't waste my time with fireworks or anything else because even with a new laptop and a mouse, I can't get over 180 grand! :) I'm too lazy to put in the effort.

I've about tapped out the "stuff I want from the stores" list, so I don't spend much unless we decide to do dress-up night. :)

I feel like a slacker with my measly 4600 credits! (I go down to about 500
recently after the big event recently.)

Yikes!!! :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: My main girl has about 3000 credits right now (I thought THAT was good! Ha!) And my mules each have roughly about 2000 credits each. I wish there was a way to pool credits!! Lol!

I can't imagine having over 10,000 credits!!! Holy cow!! But I don't get on VMK as much as I would like - just enough to click my daily characters with each girl and that's it..... Real life has been getting in the way lately... :( Sometimes I Ned while surfing the Dis, but it's very slow doing it that way since I'm not crashing into anything.

Congrats to all of you for your hard work!! :)

You guys are funny! I really better get cracking at my points. I haven't played in a week or so because life is a little crazy with school having started and a trip planned next week. I need to start nedding!

I hope is is expensive. Not just because I have the creditds but if everyone can buy it then no one will care about it after a shirt time. How many of us care about Cursed Storm? We dont' wear, it, we don't use it because everyone has it so there is nothing cool about it after you get over the effect

I would like to see it either expensive ot slightly expensive like 5,000 and only available for a wekeend once in a while.

I am on the computer almost all day working, I have my own business so popping on and off to ned is easy. I also do Kelloggs codes when I have extra time when VMK is not open. I put those codes in a mule and use that for buying things I want. I can do 4,000 credits in about 90 minutes. It isn't my favorit thing to do but sometimes I am in the right mood and I can get it done.

I usually have to accounts open when I ned. I can run them at the same time.

I have virtually no credits! Going back to work has severely cut into my precious VMK time! The nerve!!! :confused3

Lisa, what do you mean by Kelloggs codes? I'd like to be able to get 4,000 credits in 90 minutes!! :) :) :)

Ahh, so now I know why Kellogg's is always running out of codes! :rotfl2:
I only have about 500 credits on my "home girl", he, he....And maybe 5,000 on my "significant other"! Guess I have a L-O-N-G way to go!! :guilty: I spend way too much time chatting and partying to acquire tons of credits... :teeth: If magic carpet does end up costing lots of credits, I hope I have friends who will feel sorry for me and donate one to me ;)
Congrats to all who have a bazillion credits! An exclusive club, I am sure :flower:

I play the Kelloggs game over and over sometimes early in the morning when I have time and VMK is not open. I can get 30 points in selling the furniture for each code and in 90 minutes I can get 4,000 wirth of codes. I usually do this while sitting in a trade room or waiting to play a game with Staff. Then later I enter the codes under my VMK mule. I take the furniture and sell it or trade it to whatever character needs points and they sell it.

In the beginning I did this to my main account and I have hundreds of skull rooms if they ever allow to sell back the rooms I am going to be rich!

1,000 creidts a day takes me about an hour. of concentrated nedding.

i've been trying to do that too. lisa inspired me actually to do that! once i read about magic carpet possibly being 10,000 credits i thought "holy moly! i need to gang up some credits and fast!" so i was crashing boats like a mad woman. my goal is 50,000 by the second week of next month!

and now that i kinda have firefox working i can have 2 boats going at the same time! woo hoo!

i wish i could do nedding at work. that would help!

10,000 credits, you are kidding? :earseek:

The most I have any one account is about 3000. When I'm reading a book or watching a DVD on the computer, I will be Nedding while I do it, but I end up with it on different accounts.

I have one with 2400 for a stitch transporter if they ever sell them;
and one with about 2200 for a train transporter if they sell them;
one with about 3000 for girl's costume
and one with about 2200 for boy's costume ( it they ever have just boy's).

I wish making real money was so easy. :flower:

One time, I set a credit goal for myself in which I would wait until I had at least 5000 credits before I purchased the Tiki room. I forgot I had to furnish it, which cost me at least 1000+ more. And then I ended up buying the cowboy outfit, and when all was said and done I wound up with under 2000 credits.

I am currently at around 3628 credits (need to check exact total). I get them from visiting the NPCs, playing the music game hourly, and on occasion, doing Jungle Cruise one right after the other. I keep getting blown up in Pirates, and I'm not too coordinated for Fireworks either. To reach the level at which you guys are at, I think I may have to do some nedding of my own (even though it's not very fair). :confused3

I'm glad for this thread. Never thought of using the Kelloggs codes that way. Thanks Lisa. So as I'm waiting to get into VMK, I'm doing the kelloggs game.

i would be excited if the magic carpet pin was for sale, but i suspect that it will be a prize like the inferno.[/QUOTE]

Yeah, for all of you saving up for this Yavn was on yesterday and I asked him when it would come out. He didn't tell me but he said it was going to be a prize.
