As a WDW know it all :lmao: where did I come up with the idea that Thanksgiving week was on a scale of 1-10 crowd level, 5's and 6's? Looked it up today, :surfweb: and its 9's all week! Do I feel stupid? YES!

Really wanting to make some trips this year with our passes and hate crowds.

Not to mention the fact that almost every fantastic place is booked for Thanksgiving dinner.

Come on people, Go to grandmas! Stay away from WDW:rotfl:

Where do you find out the crowd level?

I tell ya, taking away our fall break has really put a crimp into our vacation plans hasn't it??!

Can you PM me the link too? I am trying to plan for November next year and I could use this info to help with the dates!

Thanks!

I went last year during Thanksgiving and it is do-able. I arrived the Monday night before T'giving and left the following Tuesday. First of all - Monday evening was a great time to arrive because the airport was vacant, the rental cars were gone, and I got a free upgrade to a minivan and a preferred room at POP (one night only). Check in was easy at the resort. I moved to SSR the next day without a hitch.

Tuesday the crowds were mod - slightly heavy at AK. Wens the crowds were very heavy at MGM. I did not go in the parks on Thurs or Friday (had trips to Daytona and KSC planned). Sat & Sunday were mod to heavy at AK and Epcot. Monday was the day I saved for MK and it was heavenily. I walked on everything and the weather was perfect. Evenings were fine at every park. I avoided the park with the evening and morning EMH.

If you can stay for a few days after Sunday you will really enjoy it.

We are going to be at DW the Tuesday (won't go to the parks until Wednesday) before Thanksgiving to the Sunday after...We KNEW it would be crowded, but it's the only time we have to go. Summer---too hot....Christmas----too expensive. I hope it's not too bad, but this being our first time, we won't really know if it's "crowded" or not. :scared: We are just going to take it slow, try to enjoy as much as we can, we are prepared to fight the crowds :lmao: and try to use Fast Passes.

I'd love to have the link as well...if you have time to send it. :)
