I feel like I ate too much but I only ate about a third of what was on my plate!
Herb crusted ½ leg of lamb - about 3 slices(well chunks really as it was so well done it fell off the bone)
Julienne of green beans, carrots(only a few) and butternut squash
Asparagus tips
With the juices from the joint and some butter on the veg.
I had to give the most of the asparagus to DH and put the lamb back in the fridge as I just couldn't eat it and I feel really bloated!
The funny thing is I can now feel my stomach through what used to be layers of fat and it really does feel swollen.
I think I may have over done it on the water, but I am just so thirsty and maybe the fibre in the extra veggies has filled me up, but I feel like Zach says he does on a Monday morning - my tummy hurts!!!
