DH & I are spending our 10th Wedding Anniversary at WDW. I'd like to do something special...A Surprise for him. I was gonna do the Menu thing at Coral Reef but since they discontinued that I have yet to come up with an idea.

TIA

What about a Wishes cruise? I think I recall that Disney offers special anniversary packages for the Wishes cruises (but if not, you could bring your own stuff and set it up before your cruise). :cloud9:

A Wishes Cruise is a great idea. You can also do an Illuminations cruise if that's more your thing. DH & I will be down there for our anniversary (14th) this year, and I'm planning on booking us a dinner for 2 at either the Yachtsman or the Chef's Table at V&A. MIL is coming with us for this trip so she'll be able to babysit DD. You can consider sending a gift basket to your room for your DH as a surprise - they have DVC ones for anniversaries (if I'm remembering correctly). Congratulations! :yay:

Yachtsman Steakhouse at Yacht Club..They can print menus for you and the food was incredible!! Also, you can use disneyflorist.com, and send something nice to the room you will be in.....

If your DH is the outdoors type....take him on a fishing excursion on Bay Lake....you can do 2 hours, or 4 hours I believe....I did 2 hours last year and it was great....they give you everything and there are some big Bass in the lake....:thumbsup2

How about dinner at the Grand Floridian's Victoria & Albert's?

Victoria & Albert's is a AAA Five Diamond restaurant that serves a 6-course prix fixe menu. The dinner includes butler service, personalized menus and a long-stem rose for each lady. It is an intimate 2-hour to 2.5-hour dining experience in an adult-oriented atmosphere. Children under the age 10 will not be served. (Note: Dinner jacket is required for gentlemen (tie optional) and dress or pants ensemble for ladies.)

If you are "kid free" then a romantic dinner at Le Cellier!! Yummy!! got to try the CHEESE soup

For a non-dinner idea, what about one of the Segway tours or the Keys to the Kingdom tour? My DH and I did both on our 10th anniv trip last May and they were a lot fun! We had our anniversary dinner at Citricos and it was wonderful!

How about the Epcot Segway tour? I did that and it was one of the most fun things I'd ever done.

And my friend and I had a wonderful dinner at the California Grill last month, my filet was amazing. We watched and heard Wishes from our table. :thumbsup2

subscribingpopcorn::because we are going for our 20th anniversary in 2011 and I was am trying to find a good idea too:love:

We love Citricos at the GF. We celebrated my Aunt's birthday there 2 years ago and they printed personalized meus for us. We are planning to spend our 10th anniversary at WDW this fall too, and Citricos is where we are choosing to have our meal. Congratulations and enjoy your special trip.

We just celebrated our 10th anniversary at WDW this past November. Our anniversary dinner was at Flying Fish because we had actually eaten there on our Honeymoon 10 years earlier, lol.

It was FABULOUS - and the food was about 10x better than I remember it having been last time. They printed special menus for us and the service was impeccable.

I'm not a sushi eater, but my hubby LOVES it and rarely has it (like every few years since I don't eat it). They had a special sushi appetizer on our anniversary menu (not available to the general patrons - just special occasions), that had a mix of vegetarian and other sushi, so I tried it. I actually liked the veggie version (that's saying a lot). For dinner, I had a steak that was the most perfectly cooked steak that I've ever had in my life. For some reason, I'm thinking my hubby had lobster tail? The deserts were fabulous as well.

We then walked out and got to see the boardwalk entertainers with our kids (who had been with my sister eating at Beaches and Cream while we were at dinner). Then, we all saw the fireworks from Epcot from the boardwalk.

It was a perfect evening - one of the best I've had in years. :cloud9:
