I don't want to waste a table service credit!

I just realized that lunch at BOG is a quick service credit. Now, I'm less than two months from my trip and I have an extra table service credit for my family and me. I'm looking for a dining reservation for dinner and I need advice and suggestions. Here's our situation:
1. 3 and 6 year old girls
2. We have to leave MK at 6 pm because we did not buy the MVMCP tickets.
3. We are staying at AOA.
4. We will be at MK all day and already have CRT reservations.

Crystal palace or Tony’s? How about trails ends? Take the boat over, a nice enjoyable evening w good solid food

How about something on the monorail? 1900 park faire maybe?

Or head downtown, so many choices there

Worst case scenario, and not a great use of the credits, but they can be used for qs meals

Stay on monorail...how about O'hana or 1900 Park Fare

The Wave over the Contemporary. One credit , excellent food, and quite convenient to the Magic Kingdom. You can walk, or for a special treat for the kids, take the boat.

I would book at Grand Floridian Cafe (try to get 1900 PF first) and then watch Christmas WIshes from the boat dock, or the TT&C.

Or head to Disney Springs, book a TS restaurant there, and check out the Christmas Tree trail.

Do you have park-hoppers? You could hop to Epcot. Biergarten is a fun place with a good buffet that has such a variety I think anyone could find something. And the kids get to go out on the dance floor and have fun when the band is playing. Or if you guys like pizza, Via Napoli is surely your place. Maybe Garden Grill for a family-style dinner with Chip 'n' Dale, Mickey, and Pluto?

I would go with Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare.
They are at MK area resorts, they are character meals, and with all of the day guests and party guests trying to get ADR's in the park between 5pm-6pm heading outside of the park will give you a better chance at getting an about 6pm ADR to coincide with park closing.

I would go with one of the monorail resorts or Wilderness Lodge for ease of transportation.

1900 Park Fare would be an excellent choice with girls that age. The step sisters are so much fun there.
Whispering Canyon Cafe is an easy boat ride over to Wilderness Lodge and is a good meal a generally lots of fun
Chef Mickey's is an option as well at the Contemporary. The food is not the greatest, but the character interactions with the Fab 5 makes it a worthwhile use of a credit.

Given your kids ages, I would consider Chef Mickeys.
If you have park hoppers, consider Tusker House at AK or Garden Grill at EPCOT.

My girls are about the same age. I booked 1900 park fare on our MK day in December. Gives us a chance to check out grand floridian’s life size gingerbread house and Xmas decorations.

The restaurants at the Magic Kingdom resorts are all really good, I prefer them to the ones inside the park. Ohana is a good one credit meal, but kind of difficult to get reservations for. I've heard it's easier to get a day or two before you want to dine there.

I don't think the boat goes to Contemporary, only to Wilderness Lodge. If you want to take the boat you'd have to take the boat that goes between Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary and Fort Wilderness.

I second this! The Wave is awesome! Love the food there. Its one of my fave restaurants on property for both breakfast and dinner.

If you want a character meal, 1900 PF would be perfect for your kids age. The step sisters are hilarious. I personally didnt think the food was all that great, esp for what you pay, but to each their own.

They only appear for dinner not breakfast. For breakfast it's the Mad Hatter, Alice in Wonderland, Tigger, Pooh and Mary Poppins

Discontinued years ago. Contemporary has two available MK access options: monorail, or walk.
one boat route runs MK>WL>FW (and the reverse); one boat route involves CR>WL>FW.
