UPDATE!
I am thinking of not doing the cake since, we will be taking a taxi from POFQ to BOMA and since we are paying OOP for both Boma and Cinderella's Royal Table. Plus I want extra money to spend shopping for the trip and when in disney. Plus you get dessert at all dinners. Why spend more.

What do you all think?

I agree with you. Save the $$$ for shopping and stuff at Disney. You do get dessert pretty much at every meal so the cake would be just more food!

What tour and is it the entire group? For a group your size a reservation might give you a bit of peace of mind that you'll all get "a seat". Also your niece is too young for some of them. Disney likes to keep the magic for the young ones, so they aren't allowed to see the "backstage" so check the specs for each one. Even if the adults take one of those tours, don't let them tell her too much about what they saw.

AAA does a discount for the Behind the Seeds Tour, check your local office for details.

We will go to Magic Kingdom the first day, after checking in to the resort. My favorite Park is Magic Kingdom. I love walking down main street.
My Goals is to not try to do so much the first day but get the group to somethings.

It 50 Days away. It to Far. I need so much to do yet. We may have to cancel boma Breakfast. I know I know all I wanted was boma. But We have a late night before Boma and It just may not work out. We will know soon whats going on. We Called for the DVC tour. I have a great and helpful DVC agent. But now I need to call and switch times because I need a break in the middle of the day. and will be rushed in the morning to do the AM tour.
I will post more when I have more information. At this time, I don't have much to do. So a few things for the suitcase and I am good to go.

So I know I may be crazy to do this. However, I just did a test run to see if everything I need in my carry-on will fit. Well I still have a few things to get in the carry-on, I hope I can get the rest in the bag.

Hey Hallie,

Just got caught up on your report. First, I do agree with you about the cake. Everybody knows I am CHEAP (LOL), but you are going to be sharing a lot of first with your sister's future husband and his daughter. I mean you get to introduce them to Mickey Ice Cream Bars and Dole Whip Floats and Mickey Rice Crispy Squares and well.....you get the idea!! Not only will you be getting all those great desserts with meals, but when you are touring the parks, you will also be using those snack credits for some great little treats as well. So, I think you are right about the cake. Enjoy the money it would have cost on something else during your trip.

You have been planning and planning and it's all going to work out great for your entire family and remember you need to relax too!! You have been doing a great job, not just planning your trip, but trying to include the things they will like as well, so give yourself a break and trust me thost 50 days will be here before you know it!!!

So today I had to let Boma Go. However I will get to add Boma on my Next Disney trip We get to maybe go next year I will no closer to next year, maybe even twice next year. But this isn't about my next WDW Trip. This is about Boma. Well thats the news for now! One of the only ressie I wanted I had to let it go. Back to do some
