This may come as a shock  to some, but I don't like the World Showcase dining options. I am trying to plan our meals for our July trip (we are on the dining plan), but I just can't find a place that will appeal to our group.

that is a shocker as most of us love the food options in WS. However for your planning, if it is an Epcot day take a look at the Land, I have heard good things about that. Also it is not a real long walk or boat ride over to the places at the board walk, yacht club areas. You could also just use CS credits that day. I have to say much to my surprise one of the best meals we had was at Biergarten. There was so much to choose from and it was a lot of fun. You might also want to try doing a character breakfast on the Epcot day as you TS and then eat as suggested above have CS that evening.

What type of food does your group like?? That might help others to give you better advice. Also, are you only doing epcot? Do you have hoppers? There are so many options, I'm sure with a little more info, someone could help point you to a place you can all enjoy!!

There are definitely some TS restaurants that we consider busts in the WS, but there are also some very good choices also. As an earlier poster said, what are your tastes, budget, park options, etc. In fact, that particular area including the Epcot resorts offer more choices than anywhere else in the entire WDW footprint. There has to be something that might be to your liking.

I was also going to suggest looking at the Boardwalk. ESPN club has basic american burgers and such that are really good. The Flying Fish Cafe has nice seafood options. There is always Yachtsman Steakhouse if you want steak and lobster options.

Personally, I think Biergarten is one of the best places to take a group with diverse tastes. They have a little bit of everything and the atmosphere is fun.

I am traveling with my sister and her friend. My sister is still in college. She doesn't like any fish, things with sauce on it, steak, or Mexican food (besides Taco Bell, if you can call that Mexican food). I would definately say she likes American food. I have looked at most of the menus and have not found anythings that seems to work. I have not looked at Biergarden. We have hopper passes. I am familar with the YC/BC/BW area as well. We are staying at AKL. I thought about maybe doing all counter that day or hopping someplace else.

We may also have a guest with us too for this meal.

I am a VERY picky eater and have food allergies (several types of fish) and even I find places to eat at World Showcase. Maybe she should order off of the childrens menu? LeCellier probably has chicken and all she needs to do is as for it without the sauce. And hey, there is always McDonalds......

After looking at the Germany menu, I think it might work. We have 4 TS credits. I am thinking of Chef Mickey's, 50's Primetime, and Tony's. I also thought that Le Cellier may work for lunch because they can get a hamburger if they want, and I can get a filet. Because of the dining plan, I have also been looking to make sure there is an appetizer that she may like as well.

I would consider walking towards boardwalk and eating at one of the places along there. Is it beaches and cream that's on that walkway? It has burgers and shakes.

Le Cellier is a steak house..If the steak comes with sauce you can get it on the side

We enjoy the table service places at the Mexican, Italian and Canadian pavillions. No pasta or steak eaters?

What about getting smoothies, salads, burgers and garden burgers at Body Wars Pavilion?

We all love smoothies! :) This sounds like a good idea too! I was trying to find a TS but I think I will save one for our checkout breakfast at Boma.
