What is the dinning rotation on the Dream 7 day Norway sail that leaves from Southampton?

I don't think you'll know your specific dining rotation until you get onboard. However, with a 7-night, you have two of the restaurants twice and one of restaurants 3 times. For the one with 3 visits, one of those will be Pirate night. An easy way to tell which night is Pirate night is to look at the list of bookable onboard activities and see when they offer Pirate makeover. That would be on Pirate night. 7-night cruises are typically 1231231 (though sometimes there are variations). So you'll get two nights in each MDR, with their primary menu one night and secondary menu the next. For the other MDR, you'll get a third night there, which will be a shared menu across all three MDRs (typically this is the Pirate Night menu for Caribbean sailings).

As PP said, you won't know your specific rotation (which MDR you start in) until you get onboard.
