I dont know what is wrong

but lately I ve been getting really sore. it starts at my feet and then it goes up to my back. My shoes are Sketchers. and I bought them in September. any suggestions i was think about buying some insole. my legs hurt really bad last night it felt like I walked 30 blocks right now my left foot hurt between the arch and the heel.

When your hip is out it throws off the length of your legs. Which can lead to leg and back pain because you are walking around with an inch or two difference. You get more "pressure" on one leg/side of your body than the other.

This happens to me quite often. I hurt from my ankle, to my knee, to my hip and low back. I can always tell when I am out. I get adjusted and within a couple of hours it is usally gone. You have to make sure to maintain it though. Other wise it will just keep happening.

Here's another thought..along the bottom of your foot is a band of tissue called the Plantar. This is the source of alot of the foot pain that I used to have, but I cna control better now. Go to

Sounds like plantar fasciitis, which is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, which is sort of like a tendon that runs along the arch of your foot. Sometimes your shoes can have a bearing on causing or exacerbating it. You need a shoe with a nice high arch to support your arches. There's an exercise you can do to stretch the fascia.

1. Stand up straight
2. Point your toes in at an angle...as much of an angle as you can without falling over
3. Bend your knees, until you feel a pull along the back of your calves
4. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then stand up staright and rest for 10-15 seconds
5. Repeat this process 10-15 times three times a day.

This stretches out the fascia and prevents it from pulling away from the arch of your foot, causing the inflammation and pain.
