My girls were both March babies. The weekend before Sarah's 2nd birthday (and party) the dr. told me that I could "go anytime" and I remember saying, no, it has to be after the birthday. Turned out to be two weeks and one day later. Having both birthdays in March is a blessing and curse. BUT, we have spring break in March here, and usually it's right between the birthdays. So our vacations have been substituting for lots of presents and in some cases, the party.
I hope thing settle down and Jill can find some relaxation between now and Sophie's arrival!
Brooklynn's party sounds great to me! Are you having Jungle Juice??? I'm guessing that many of her stuffies will be at the party too! Maybe the long necked one?
The trips instead of a bunch of presents sounds good to me.
I know kids need some toys at Christmas and birthdays, but I also think we as a society have gone way overboard with it. Most kids have too much junk around the house, and a trip or other event is a good deal, in my opinion. Not sure of the party menu, but I know we will be eating at Pizzafari, since I made the round Pizzafari sign.

There will be 'fuzzy friends', no doubt. We'll have the menagerie we have already collected, and I got a couple of authentic Animal Kingdom ones (that we didn't have) off of ebay for a fraction of the real price. Jill got plastic animals for a safari in the backyard, and they will have a craft. There will be a photo op, of course. We are sad that her good friends, Carter and Presley, won't be able to come. They have a cousin having a party on the same day, and they skipped hers last year to be at Brooklynn's, so they're skipping Brooklynn's this year. They are taking Brooklynn out for a special day this Saturday, though, and she's pretty excited about that.

I can't wait to go in the lake. And my mom is really excited to go swimming this year since last summer she was recovering from her surgery and couldn't get the incision wet. There was a lot she couldn't do last summer, so this should be a much better trip for her
The lines are so thin on that, and the paint didn't go on like I wanted it to. I will probably start on another one this weekend.

You've probably told, but somehow I've missed it and I'm sure there must be a good story behind it.
That is hilarious!! I love that show. It's got cool effects, air conditioning and catchy songs - what more can you ask for?
