*Sorry it has taken me so long to post an update! Josh has been sick so I am trying to take care of him

Awww.... How come when I'm sick all I get is, "Suck it up Princess!"????

It turned out that Disney was using this area to experiment and see what flowers worked best in the Florida weather!
My dad (the gardner of the family) really enjoyed this!

I personally have a brown thumb... everything I touch dies. Odly enough, this seems not to apply to weeds.

My dad and I took pictures around the area while we waited for my mom to catch up to us.

And just where was Mom? No, wait. Nevermind. Some details of a trip I'm sure we don't really need to know.

After she caught up to us we headed on our way to Japan for my mom to receive the other half of her Easter present! Her gift from me and my dad was a pick a pearl cage and she needed a pearl to put inside!

Nice! I wanted to do that last time for my DDs but we just ran out of time. Next time for sure, though.

I took a picture of the what ended up being the best snack I had ever had in Disney World!

A carmel and chocolate covered apple! It was so amazing!!!

Now that looks yummy! Did finding the thumb in the wrapping not ruin your appetite?

...I had, had a crush on Davy Jones after we went to a Monkees concert one year...At one point I told my mom he reminded me a lot of my grandpa

After the concert we headed to our third park for the day! Which my mom will continue on a later date

Thanks for the update! I especially liked all the pick a pearl pics (say that fast three times). I don't think I've ever seen a pic of the pearl inside the oyster just as one's been opened.

Pick-a pearl looks like so much fun! It's on my Disney bucket list for sure.

I just order them on ebay. Just depends on how many you want and how much you are willing to spend. I haven't run in to a bad person to buy them from so I usually just pick whatever seller I find is the cheapest.

Thank your for the tip on the sign up sheet for Jedi training. That is one of the reasons I like to read trip reports you get great information.

I remember when I was a child we went to Cypress Gardens in FL and they had pearl divers, but you were not guarrented a pearl. I didn't know you could pick oysters in Japan. I love Epcot! My kids now that they are a little older will enjoy it even more (13, 11, and 11). My daughter says she wants a souvenir from each country.

Is it 4 nights you will be in WDW? I bet you guys will go non-stop to show Josh the world.

The pick a pearl is really fun!

I've already told them we won't have time to sleep while at WDW next month. We have too much to see and do Yesterday I booked a rental car so we can cut back on travel time to and from the parks

Great update and love all the beautiful pictures. One of my faves was the hanging basket with the background blurred out. LAME pick probably, but I still love it. The Davy Jones pics were hilarious, wow he looks um...different. lol That's ok, we all age haha.

The apple looks SO good! I didn't know they cut them for you, that will be a 'must have' next time for sure! My dd wanted one but what with her being 12 and all, gee someone might have seen her eating it and no way, that would be messy. Wait till I tell her!

The POOH movie was absolutely adorable. The entire theater was all older people/teens, etc until the last 2 minutes before it started, 2 families walked in with little ones. Too funny!! I am not a cartoon lover and I think it was wonderful. We will be buying that one for sure.

Sorry to hear Josh is sick!!! You better not catch it now. Well at least he will get it out of his system before Disney. You gals have to make sure he LOVES it so he will keep going back!

Yes AAA is a pain, I also use them. They don't really make things simple do they? Hope his car gets fixed by early next week. I can imagine with that storm we had that they are quite busy.
