I did something scary yesterday...

I was working my part time "fun"job (Sears Portrait Studio, been there 7 years, can't bear to leave!!), and I had a paycheck sitting there that I forgot about, so what better to do with a forgotten paycheck than go shopping!! I actually bought EEK!! A 2 PIECE SWIMSUIT!!! I have never, in my whole entire life, bought a two piece. Even bigger bonus, IT IS A SIZE 12!!!! When I started WISH I was a 16, but probably more of an 18 in denial. Brought it home, did a little happy dance in front of the mirror, and got a look from my 3 year old DS that said "I have the strangest mom in the world." But I didn't care!!! WOOHOO for me!!!

It's all onward and downward from here, and you are going to be a bikini gal for the rest of your life! How fantastic is that? WOW, you are making changes BIG TIME! Going from an 18 into a little itty bitty 12 2 piece suit!!!!

That is so awesome! I bet that felt so good. You are really doing a fantastic job with your weight loss.

I tried on a Lands End bikini at Sears a few weeks ago. Well my top will always be a larger size (40DD bra, hasn't gone down by loosing weight). Lands End is known for making things with more material, better support...........haha! Not a chance. It didn't even cover them up.

I did discover that victoria's secret makes a swim suit that is just like their Body by victoria bra. I recently discovered these and thought..........if this were a bikini top, I could actually wear it. I am hoping that next year I can find the hi waisted bikini bottom to go with it.
