I definately missed something please help

I haven't been on the boards for at least a month and the whole layout has changed. That's all good but where is the search option I hope it's not gone but I don't see it anywhere? I can't wait for my April trip!!!

"Search Forums" Upper left, about 3 inches from the top of the page in the light blue stripe.

There's also a Search box under your screenname on the top right. This morning the Search box was covering my screenname/inbox/alert area and it's been fixed! Yay, DIS!

There were something like 6 million threads that had to be migrated to the new system. They all had to be indexed as part of enabling the search feature. Takes a while to do that.
