I could use a little pd today

As I have posted before my sweet furbaby Minnie is fighting lymphosarcoma. She went through 16 chemo treatments and finished them last month. Her blood work came back fine. Today is her check up and they will do xrays to see if she is still in remission. DH took her and her appt is for 10:00 am (the oncologist is a 77 mile trip each way). I am so nervous and can't concentrate. If you can please send her prayers or good thoughts. I appreciate it. She isn't even 2 years old and is the funniest little creature. She and her sister have given us so much joy and it breaks my heart that I may loose her. Thanks.

I came to the DIS through all of my little Rambo's treatments during his fight with cancer... and he made it to the grand old age of 17. His doctor told me even healthy cats don't live that long!

I know what it's like to love an ailing animal, it's like your baby.

Yippee!!!! So far so good. Her xrays came out fine. We won't know the results of her bloodwork until tomorrow but the vet was very happy. Of course I won't relax until tomorrow but I am thankful that there are no signs of a tumor in the xrays. If all is well she doesn't have to go back for 2-3 months.

That's great news!! Now that you feel better, can I just tell you that I read your post as needing a little "pad" today?!!! I thought, "Oh, my, that's really putting your personal information out there!!!"

So glad to look again and see "pd" and know you had it sprinkled on you today!!!
