It was a return visit for us to Boma for breakfast. Our ADRs were at 8:30 and it wasn't very crowded. Around 9AM things started picking up.
Boma has your traditional breakfast fare and foods with an African flavor to it. I had the Bobotie (corn beef, eggs, potato and onion). That was good. I also opted to have the eggs with feta and chives. They have a really good fruit salad there. Not sure what's in the dressing of that, but it's a winner. Another thing that is worth the trip is their Frunch. (I've also heard it called African Frunch, Jambo Juice, and Jungle Juice.) Frunch is a combination of mango, orange, pineapple and lemonade. DS had enough to fill up a camel's hump and the server sent him out the door with a to go cup!

That afternoon we ended up at Wolfgang Puck Express. This was a place that wasn't on my itinerary, but we went there because the rain totally threw off our schedule of events. We really enjoyed WPE! It's a great use of a counter service credit. The food tastes way more like a table service.
DS had the spaghetti and meatballs. It came with 2 meatballs and they were gigantic! I think DS is practicing to be a food critic, and he gave it a two thumbs up.
DH had the bacon wrapped meatloaf. Now I am surprised that DH enjoyed it as much as he did. This is non-traditional meatloaf! He ate it all!
I ordered the rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes. In the background you can see my cheesecake. My meal and dessert were both delicious!
DH and DS ordered brownies for their dessert, but they ran out. They had chocolate chip cookies instead.
I would definately go back here. It was great!
Final place of the day was the Rose and Crown in the United Kingdom/Epcot. It was still raining when we arrived, and the place was crowded. We went to the bar and ordered a drink and listened to the Hat Lady play the piano a bit. It didn't take long before our table was ready.
DS ordered the SUnday Roast. This was served with Yorkshire pudding, roated potatoes, vegetables and shallot gravy. He also ordered Toad in a Hole which used to be on the menu, but no longer is. Our server put in a request for it to be made and they did. DS raved about his roast and said we HAVE to go back next time.
DH had the Filet of Beef. It came with Irish Potato Gratin, vegetables and shallot gravy. He thought it was ok, but wasn't in love with the place like DS.
I had the Surf and Turf. Same thing as DH meal plus a piece of fried fish. I enjoyed the steak, but it was the fish I was in love with. VERY good!
No pics of the entrees, but I have pics of the important stuff. Desserts!
Lemon Pie. This was recommended by our server (Daniel-who was awesome). It is really good and was the best of the desserts we ordered.
We also had Sugar Free Trifle. I was trying to be calorie conscious...but it's hard to watch calories when you're sampling everything else. This was a so-so dessert. I'm sure with sugar in it, it would be wonderful.
Last but not least is the Chocolate Scotch Cake. It was tasty, but the lemon pie still gets my vote. Hard to believe since I'm a choco-holic!
All in all, it was a good food day! Definately going back to WPE and RnC!
