Okay, I read your first two updates but never posted for some reason. But i'm officially caught up now!
I think there’s just something about the freedom to do whatever you want, whenever you want that makes solo tripping especially fun for me. Also, I’m a very fast-paced Disney traveler. Some might even call me – gasp! – a commando style one.
I've always thought it would be so much fun to go to WDW solo! And if I really had it my way, our schedule would be commando as well
t’s just that I always want to make the most of my Disney trips and infinite hours of lolly-gagging around just isn’t my style.
Yes!!
Where: Pop Century Resort [and Spa]
I went round and round (for a whole 3 minutes) about whether or not I wanted to purchase the dining plan.
even made the CNN headlines!
Really?! What happened?
"99 days to go!" Double digits!
Triple digits suck. Double digits are awesome, but single is INCREDIBLE!
I have an entire bookcase in my apartment devoted to Walt biographies and other related books
Any recommendations? I have already ready Walt Disney: An American Original
If you're reading this, you get it. You know exactly what I mean and if you haven't yet taken that first trip... you'll know it soon enough!

Totally got this shot on our trip.
Favorite Character: Belle
Love Belle! I was obsessed with her when I was younger. Probably because I 'looked' similar to her than any of the other Disney princesses.
Now, I'd like to take a page out of Wendy's (teekathepony) book and ask you what yours are:
Favorite park(s)
Favorite ride(s)
Favorite character(s)
Favorite Disney restaurant(s)
Ooh this is tough, but i'll keep my answers to one.
Favorite Park: Epcot
Favorite Ride: People Mover
Favorite Character: Jack Skellington
Favorite Disney Restaurant: I have to give three answers here. Have to! Signature - Artist Point, Table Service - Sci Fi, Quick Service Yak & Yeti
I put $50 into a vacation account yesterday that's not even for my May trip!
Mind you I have nothing in the works for my next trip (the one after this one) but I can't help but think that I really want to try to swing a fall trip soonish... could I pinch some pennies and go again this fall?! I'm not sure but... either way, I have $50 started for a future trip... whenever that might be
The motivating force behind this idea (besides the obvious
) is that I still have my $200 voucher from USAir to use before it expires. I can't possibly not put it to good use, right?!
Love saving for future trips! Awesome!
Perfect!

And you resemble her as well!
Option #2: Thursday, May 21 @ 11:55am
Pros: I'll already be at MK that morning; this was originally my first choice for day
Cons: The timing might interfere with my to-be-determined FP+ times AND I have another ADR that evening at Sci-Fi (do I really want my only two ADRs to be on the same day? Does it matter?)
I know you already chose, but definitely this option. Number 3 sounded too rushed.
Therefore, I did what any good Diser would do:
1) Print out Flower and Garden Festival Outdoor Kitchens menus
2) Go through said menus multiple times and select MUST dos (or must eats, if you prefer)
3) Go to Disney Food Blog and obsess over pictures
4) Repeat steps 2 and 3 as often as desired
You got the DIS seal of approval from me
My flight gets into MCO at 10:45am so even after doing the whole DME, check-in to Pop, catch a bus to Epcot, etc., etc. thing, I still anticipate having a good chunk of the day to spend at Epcot.
I think you'll have a good chunk of time to get things done (and get things eaten!) over at Epcot with that arrival time.
hursday I worked 18 hours, Friday 16.5, but yesterday was a very relaxing day at only 8

Wow what a crazy weekend!
Any Game of Thrones fans out there?
YES!
Pretty dress!
How cool is that?!
12:50-1:50pm: Kilimanjaro Safaris (side note: many of you will NOT believe this. I have never done this attraction. I know, I know, shame on me. As part of my plan to spend more quality time at AK, I'm making sure I do lots of things I don't typically do... this being one of them).
You must not skip this! It really is so much fun. And who knows, maybe you'll get to see the Lions in motion!
Side note: any fellow motion-sickness sufferers reading? I've tried Scopolamine before but got vertigo shortly thereafter and was worried it was related and haven't tried since, though it
was effective. Dramamine tends to make me drowsy (even the non-drowsy kind) and loopy (more than is typical

) so that doesn't thrill me either. Any helpful hints would be welcome!
When DH got Vertigo, the doctor told him to take Bonine (over the counter). Not sure if that makes you drowsy though. He was sleeping a lot but not sure if it was from the medication or because he wasn't feeling well and slept anyway.
*this is also the day that I decided to go to Be Our Guest! So I have that reservation at 11:55am (I finally cancelled my other two “accidental” ADRs there just this morning); incidentally, I have my second (and final) ADR this same evening at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, but not until 8:20pm so I’ll have plenty of time to work up another appetite!
Yay!
I decided that I’d use Single Rider at the rides I could rather than use FP+s for those attractions. As a solo traveler, that should be easy enough to do!
Totally, use that SR like a boss!
