I can't seem to tag someone in a post

So I've noticed lately that I suddenly can't tag anyone in a post like I use to. Any idea as to why this might be? I've noticed that others can, and do, but I seem to have lost the ability.

Not just you. There's been a lot of issues here in the past couple of weeks. They apparently did a "minor" change to the forum, and lots of things are messed up now.

Sadly, it seems they aren't even trying to fix it. Maybe hoping we'll "just get used to it"?

The issues I'm having:
have to log in at least twice every time I come to DISboards.
can't tag anyone
links not loading

Others have reported the BB code toggle not working.

That function stopped working a few weeks ago as have many others.

The latest problem I've encountered was that i attempted to update the ticker in my signature as we've changed travel dates and I can no longer attach a countdown ticker to my signature.

Well, the ticker thing hasn't been working for a while (longer than the current issues). I believe it has something to do with the site supplying the ticker not being compatible any longer (maybe).

The ticker hasn't been working for quite a while. I sent an email (as well as a couple of other posters) to admin@wdwinfo.com and addressed it to Corey and Alex.

The weird thing about the links is that they spin, but when I click on them they work.

Yes, this is the issue with them. They used to provide a headline/preview and now it just says loading and spins. Theoretically I should not have to click on the link to find out what it is.
